Job Description: Senior Manager – Finance Department: Finance Reporting To: Finance Director / CFO Location: Corporate Office Role Purpose The Senior Manager – Finance is responsible for managing financial operations related to rentals, payments, compliance, treasury coordination, audits, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and process governance. The role ensures strong financial controls, liquidity visibility, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and efficient execution of high-volume finance transactions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance- Manage IND AS 116 workings and audit schedules.- Support statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules and documentation.- Oversee GST compliance (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B across multiple states).- Review SBRT reporting and GRIR reconciliation (Qube vs SAP). Treasury, Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management- Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements.- Prepare and review Fund Flow Statements.- Monitor liquidity position and working capital requirements.- Maintain banking relationships and improve banking processes. MIS & Management Reporting- Own preparation and review of MIS and MMR schedules.- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to leadership. Rental & Store Finance Management- Oversee rental accounting, CAM provisioning, and expense booking for stores.- Review rental waiver, fit-out period, and YTD waiver reports.- Review agreements for stores and maintain store finance trackers.- Ensure timely closure of F&F; settlements for closed stores. Payment Operations & Governance- Supervise high-volume payment processing (~1000 invoices monthly).- Review and approve payments across rentals, purchases, marketing, utilities, and admin expenses.- Manage corporate credit card payments and ensure strong payment controls. Insurance & Risk Management- Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.- Coordinate with brokers for quotations and claim settlement. Internal Controls & SOP Governance- Develop and update SOPs to strengthen financial controls.- Review petty cash, reimbursements, and employee advances. Process Improvement & Automation – Identify automation opportunities in GST, payments, and reimbursements. Training & Stakeholder Management- Conduct training sessions for store teams on reimbursement and petty cash processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve finance-related issues.
