Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Team Leader to oversee daily store operations, lead the store team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail operations, and the ability to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store staff in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Handle cash management, billing, and petty cash as per company procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the Store Manager on operational activities.
• Support stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
