Area of Responsibility • Manage and deliver the KPI’s – Sales, Shrinkage, Commerciality, Customer Service Standards are met. • Ensure that you have the right people who are sufficiently trained/developed to deliver for our customers. • Ensure the smooth operations of your area (excellent customer service, delivers a commercially well laid out store, achieving all operational KPI). • Deliver the shopping experience that our customers demand. • Financial Management to ensure stores are profitable and operated within the budget. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. Person Specifications • Graduate / Postgraduate with 7-9 years of relevant experience into retail industry • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal and must be a good orator . • Should have hands on experience working on Microsoft Office- Including Excel, PPT • Sales oriented. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
* Deliver  customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Eligibility:

* Graduate in any discipline.
* 2–4 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Team Leader role.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
* Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and store staff.
* Ensure customer service and resolve customer complaints.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Eligibility:

* Graduate in any discipline.
* 3–6 years of retail experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and MS Excel.

Troubleshoot quality issue
 Manage the Product Recall process
 Provide any comprehensive data analysis or solution
 Perform daily task job for data entry into the system.
 Generate Local Supplier Return Outwards for returning damaged goods to Local Supplier.
 Provide training to new staff
 Cooperate with inter-department personnel (involves daily active interaction between QM & Store
personnel during working hours)
 Manage Accessory Request Note (ARN) from respective Stores & ARN records maintenance.
 Assist in packing accessories to respective Stores (if needed)
 Order accessories from Supplier (when needed)
 Assist in in-house stock clearance sales (if required)
 Receive & filter physical damage return from respective Stores (if needed)
